Digital Eye Strain

According to a recent survey, more than 90% of adults report using digital devices more than two hours a day. Additionally, the survey found that 72.5% of adults are unaware of the potential dangers of blue light to their eyes. Unfortunately, an increase in use of digital devices exposes the user to harmful blue light, which can cause digital eye strain.
Under normal conditions, the human eye blinks 12-15 times a minute. However, when your brain focuses on a screen, the human eye can go down to merely 7-8 blinks a minute.
